Dr. Berthina “Tina” Coleman, MD, Empowering Voices and Elevating Stories in Healthcare and Beyond

Dr. Berthina “Tina” Coleman, known as The Doctor Nurse, is a Physician, Nurse, Entrepreneur, Author, and Public Speaker based in South Florida, where she lives with her husband Kellen and their two daughters, LondonandSydney.com. A proud graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Dr. Tina completed her surgical internship and advanced subspecialty training in Cardiothoracic and Trauma Radiology at the University of Washington, also known as UDub.

She is the founder of CNATOMD, a pioneering organization that mentors, assists, and guides individuals pursuing careers in healthcare, empowering them to overcome barriers tied to gender, race, class, or educational background. Dr. Tina also owns Vanguard Radiology, a medical practice dedicated to excellence and innovation in diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Describing herself as a “God-fearing, science-loving, and status quo challenging revolutionary,” Dr. Tina is passionate about the critical role women and minorities play in solving America’s healthcare crisis. With over a decade of experience as an impactful mentor, she is celebrated for her nonconformist and innovative approach that inspires mentees and audiences to design and execute their own blueprints for success. Having risen from Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Medical Doctor (MD) within just ten years, she embodies the power of perseverance, faith, and vision in action.
